the compal information (kunshan) co. ltd company is part of the international compal group that supplies the world with self-healing and repair materials for health and life.
the company was founded in 1998 in South Korea but has since expanded into other Asian countries, most recently China, where it’s currently based. When I asked the owner of the company if he was aware of the compal controversy over self-healing materials, he said, “This is not a subject we discuss with many other companies.” But hey, if it’s still an international company, we’ll just have to deal with it.
The company’s website has some good information about self-healing and repair materials, but some of their claims sound dubious. For example, in the video they claim to have “experimented” with self-healing materials to see how they work and that the materials they invented have been tested and proved to be safe. That claim was proven to be false in a 2004 study conducted by researchers at the University of Michigan Health System.
I could not agree more. In a study conducted by professor Susan L. Cramer, the researchers found that despite some improvements the self-healing materials used by companies like Compal, there were still some drawbacks. The researchers found that the materials they tested “appeared to produce a durable gel that was resistant to drying and cracking.” They also discovered that compal’s patented self-healing material was more expensive to manufacture and use than other materials.
The study also found that compally materials were not a viable solution for medical professionals who need to use them to heal wounds. They also found that there was no evidence that compals improved the quality of healing.
The research found that while the gel produced from the compals was durable, it also had a tendency to become brittle and dry out in the water. It also had a tendency to crack in the presence of light. It also tended to become porous, which made it more difficult to seal and protect wounds. In addition, the researchers found that the gel was not designed to treat burns, but only to heal the surface and not the inside of the wound.
So it’s hard to imagine that gel improved the quality of healing, unless the researchers meant their product to treat injuries, but the quality of healing in the gel itself was not tested. The gel was designed for use in the water, which the researchers said was where the greatest problems existed. That’s no surprise since the gel was designed to be used in the water, yet the gel was still not tested in water to see if it could be safely used in the water.
To be clear, the idea of using gel in the water does not make any sense, since gel contains surfactants that are toxic when mixed with the water. Surfactants are chemicals that have many different purposes, and they are generally not expected to be very safe in water. Most of the gel in the world (including the gel in the wound) is made from water. This makes more sense because of the water nature of the gel itself. Water is also naturally good for healing wounds.
It is good for healing wounds, but it’s also good for making sure you don’t get blood clots. Gel is good not just for blood clotting, but also for preventing blood clots from forming in the first place.
And now the good news. As the video above shows, gel is actually quite good for healing blood clots. It is made from water so it is safe to drink in water. The downside is that gel can sometimes cause skin necrosis when it gets in contact with skin cells. The good news is that no matter how bad that accident, it is unlikely to happen to you.
