If you’re writing a blog, it’s probably a good idea to write a free post on your company’s policy on self-aware posts. The best way to stay on topic is to be very specific. There is a reason to be, and it’s because that’s what people are doing when they’re writing.
I think its because writing is about sharing thoughts and opinions, its subjective. Its easy to write about a company policy, if you know what youre talking about, but when you don’t you get a bunch of blog posts about how the company is always trying to kill bloggers.
Blogging is a personal pursuit, so it is easy for companies to write a blog post about how they hate bloggers. Unfortunately, in our experience with companies, it is generally only when a blogger tries to write about how the company is always trying to kill bloggers that they are met with an actual response from the company.
Sometimes there are no real responses from companies at all. In the end, companies can either send over employees to find blogs about them, or give the bloggers a free pass on the chance to write about their policies in the future. It all depends on the company, and there is no one size fits all answer.

In fact, that’s one of the more interesting reasons that many employers can’t find people to work for.
The only other thing that gets us a lot of hate is how the companies have a bad attitude. We all know that people want people to work, but that doesnt mean they want the best people. That’s all I can really say about companies. They arent a great deal to work for, but they arent a bad deal to work for.
