The last few weeks have been very busy and I have been so busy that I haven’t had time to really sit down and get my nutritional facts right. I have been so busy that for a while now it has been hard for me to find the time to really get them right.
It’s not only hard for me, it’s hard for you because you are also eating a lot of processed food that is not always the best for your health. It’s not just that people with chronic health problems can’t eat the full-fat, high-calorie stuff, it’s that there are a lot of other issues connected to these processed foods that are pretty problematic.
Well, I have to say, I am not a fan of processed foods and I am not a fan of what I eat. So, I guess I am definitely not a fan of the new diet game, as I am very much hoping that we will get a better understanding of what we eat. I have been thinking about this for a while, as I am sure many of you have as well, and I hope the new diet game will help us to get better at it.
Well, first, it has to be said that there are a lot of issues with processed foods and the foods we eat that are caused by them. So, for instance, the sugar industry and the way it has become a huge part of our diet. The way that it has become a massive part of our diet is because of the processing of sugar cane, corn, and wheat into a variety of “healthy” foods.
Just as we have seen processed foods become more and more ubiquitous in the food chain, so too has the way we eat begun to change. Now, because we’re all aware of what we eat, we all have a much better idea of what is good, bad, and in between. But we all still have an idea of what constitutes a “healthy” diet, so the way we eat has to change.
As a result, the way we eat has changed. It’s become more about calories than what we eat. It’s become more about carbohydrates than nutrition. It’s become more about portion size than nutrition. It’s become more about convenience than nutrition. We’re eating a diet of convenience, and that is a recipe for a diet that doesn’t work out for us.
Nowadays, we are all too focused on the amount of calories we eat, and its not the best way to be eating your body the best way. A diet of convenience is really better than a diet of nutrition, but its not always possible to come up with a diet of nutrition.
That’s why we created denny’s nutrition information. Rather than being the go-to resource for healthy foods, we wanted to create a resource that is more easily accessible than the usual “how much do I eat?” sites. We made it so that people could find the calorie information they need without having to make a meal or do a quick calculation.
The problem with eating your body the best way is that you aren’t always doing it right. As you know, we have a diet of convenience here, and because we’ve been doing it for years we have a lot of good stuff in the way of healthy recipes and meal plans, but we are still missing out on some important things.
Most of the recipes we have are very simple, and they are very healthy. But they are not the complete picture. We are missing out on some crucial things, like a good protein and healthy carbs. We also need to add some fat (i.e. fat from sources like nuts and seeds), but that’s only part of the diet. Also, we need to eat more vegetables, fruit, and whole grains.
