This future list is a sort of a “what if” list. It will list what could happen if we made a change. In this case, we could use it to determine if we would make a change. For example, I could decide that I was going to start eating healthier. I could then look at the consequences and decide whether to make that change or not. Or, I could decide that I was going to stop drinking.
We could use it to decide whether we should write more books. I could decide that I was going to write a book about eating better, but I couldn’t know how that would effect the book I wrote about how I used to drink. Even so, I could still decide there is a good chance I would actually write a book about it.
You could also decide to start exercising more. That is, if you are really committed to a healthier lifestyle. You could do this by getting up and going for a walk, or by taking a gym class. However, if you are just starting out, it’s best to just focus on the immediate goal. For example, I decided I would start eating healthier, but my immediate goal is to lose a few pounds and to get the new body I have.
There are a number of ways to get healthier that aren’t quite as complicated. You can get up and go for a walk. You can go to the gym. You can do aerobics. You can talk on the phone. You can read. You can just focus on what is more important to you for this month.
I think this is the best example of this. Once you have made a commitment to do something and you have a goal to achieve that goal is when you really start to see the value. If you committed to eating healthier, you can be very proud of the results you see over time.
You can see this in practice with exercise. You can see this in practice with reading. You can see this in practice with talking on the phone. You can see this in practice with going to the gym. You can see this in practice with going to the dentist. You can see this in practice with just reading.
So if you want to see the value in anything, you need to see the value in the things that you want to do, and then you need to see how you can achieve these things. Most of the things you’ll get excited to do aren’t going to be worth it in the long run, but things like making your bed every morning or doing your laundry are.
The value of the things you want to do and the things you are excited about are the things you want to do. When you are interested in a new thing, you think, “I want to do that, and I want to do that, and I want to do that. That is all I want to do.” But when you start to get excited or motivated about doing something, you really do want to do it.
The key to getting excited about a good place to do something is to go to it and do it.
The thing is, people who are really excited about something start to think, Well yeah, that’s my place, that’s my hobby, so I’ll just do it. They don’t realize they just are getting excited about doing something that is not even their hobby.The good thing is that this is a very common mistake that people make, and it is very easy to fix. You simply need to have an interest in a new thing.
