The results of Googles experience as measured by an online survey on our website is that “the vast majority of participants (90%) found the self-awareness experiment interesting, but only 8% felt that they could apply it to their own lives. The rest of the participants had either no interest at all or were unsure whether the experiment would be useful for them.

What this tells us is that we can’t rely on Google to understand us and our habits and routines without first taking a closer look ourselves. This isn’t to say that we shouldn’t know about these issues. The point is that we need to be honest about the ways in which our habits, routines, and impulses influence our relationships, our health and well-being, and the kinds of things that we do and say.
