The good news is that IT recruiting is not as difficult as it used to be. There are more and more companies who are willing to pay for it in the form of bonuses and incentives.

To be honest, if you are not making a lot of money, you are probably not making the right choice for your career. To become a great programmer, you should be making $75,000 to $100,000 a year.
Like any other career, there is no right or wrong amount to be making. What is important is that you are making more than you need to be making to be a good programmer. To do this, you need a lot of experience, and the right tools to do the job. In my opinion, IT recruiters are in the wrong job market.
The problem with IT recruiters is that if you’re getting paid 100,000, that means you are getting paid $1,000 a day. This is a lot of money and it can easily get you a job that pays less. I know there are a lot of IT recruiters out there that are making 50,000 to 100,000 more a year. I’m not saying they are bad people.
