In this video, I share with you how to make this creamy and delicious creamy sauce that you will want to double up on. The key is to make the sauce in advance so you can chill it and add it to the meat before you cook it.
The sauce is made with raw garlic, onion, soy sauce, and sesame seeds, with a dash of sriracha. You could also use tamari, chile sauce, and/or soy sauce. This recipe makes about four (4) servings.
Using your hands, you can make this sauce in advance, with the garlic powder and red beans as well.
This sauce is a great, versatile sauce for pork, chicken, or any other meat that can be cooked in the microwave. If you want to get fancy, you can make it more complex by adding some meat stock, or a stock cube, or broth, or vegetables, or fish. It’s also a great sauce for stir-frying, roasting, stir-frying with noodles, or pan-frying.
If you have a microwave or stove-top, you can use this sauce to make a great glaze that you can use on meat, fish, or vegetables to make a sauce that will turn out great in the oven. You can also use it to flavor sauces, marinate, and bread. Just make sure you heat it quickly to prevent it from burning.

When I first started cooking, I was constantly surprised at how easy it was to use my microwave as a sauté pan. After learning how to use my stove and then start using my microwave to fry foods, I found this sauce was much easier to use. And I also realize now that I can use the same sauce for roasting and pan-frying.
The secret sauce to using your microwave to fry food is to only heat it for a short period of time. Too long and the food loses its crispness. Too short and the food might not even be cooked properly.
Your cooking method may be a little different, but you never do it again. You can still use your microwave, but you have to use your stove and microwave.
