It is a fair question that I find myself asking a lot. When people ask me this question, I usually respond with this: If you ask my salary, I will tell you that I am compensated fairly. I think that saying you don’t make as much money as other people is a fair statement. However, saying that you feel like you are compensated fairly is a bit of a stretch. That’s not to say that you won’t get a raise or bonus or a promotion or anything else as you go along, but it’s also not to say that you’ll get a decent wage.

So to make salary I think you have to look at what your job actually is. And that is to take care of all the things that are important to you. For instance if you work in the entertainment industry, you are in a position where you are directly responsible for the livelihood of thousands of people. What that means is you have to take care of the things that make you happy and make sure your employees do things that make them happy.

That means that your job also means that you have to take care of your appearance. It means that you have to maintain your wardrobe and take care of your hairstyle and makeup. And if you can do all of that and still have fun, then I think you should be able to make a decent salary.

That being said though, you can’t work on a whim. You need to work with a group and an organization to make sure you and your employees are doing the job well.

Of course, your salary depends on the number of employees you have. Even if you work with the same company for a long time, you will still need to get a new salary every year because that organization will change. So if you have a team of 10 people, you might have to give each of them a different salary. And if you work with a company that has more than 10 employees, you might need to get a bigger salary to pay for the benefits you expect.

Not to mention the fact that your employee’s pay also depends on the market. If you have a small team, you will need to pay your employees so little that they will still be earning more than you when you are all done. However, if you have a large team and get a good percentage of your income from consulting/partnerships, you will need to pay your employees more. Of course, this is most often the case with a large consulting firm with many partners.

This is why I say that the idea of “salary” is a misnomer. It should be the amount of money you make in a year. Instead, it should be the salary that your employees make. If you’ve got great people working for you, you can usually get more from them than you can from an average employee. And if you hire poorly, you will probably never be able to get the best out of your employees.
