what information should your organizational system document

If you’re like most, you probably use some type of organizational system to keep track of your tasks and to keep you organized. It would be great if you could document this process so that you can access it from wherever you are. The process of documenting all of this can help you see the system as a whole, as a starting point, and as a tool that can aid in the planning process.

Well, if I want people to understand my company, I am going to have to document it for them, and that means documenting it.

You can organize a spreadsheet by the fact that you’ve put in some columns with a row for each department, or by the fact that you’ve put in a chart of all the employees, or by the fact that you have a calendar that shows when employees will be available, etc.

One way to do this is to create a document called “Organizational Chart.” This document can be used by any employee to track the progression of a company from the top down. In other words, a chart showing who is accountable for what. In order to make this document legible for employees, it should be broken down into sections that are easy to read and understand, and sections that are easy to fill in.

But then again, that’s the way most people document everything anyway.
